Optimizing proposals for Small and Medium Businesses

For small and mid-size businesses, it can be hard to make proposals and bids on time while the clock is running.⏲️ Here is 3 pieces of advice to make it less painful for your next proposals.

1. Start by creating a common template to use for every bid you make for each client.

2. Reallocate time saved on the specific content instead of the format of your proposal.

3. Capitalize on the data of your company (history, process, management …) that can be used in almost every proposal.

My last piece of advice is to organize your time and your work to reduce the stress when the closing date is coming. Stress is one of the biggest causes of last-minute mistakes in a proposal! 🥶

Now, you don’t have any excuses to not win your tenders. 💪
